Arrival at Blogger!


A for Avocado
 Avocado is a great source of protein and filling monounsaturated fat, the good fat we all need, and it goes perfectly with the amazing flavor of the low-Cal shrimp.

All you need :     2 avocados
2 1/4 tbsp white wine vinegar                1/2 tsp salt                      1/2 tsp chili powder                                  3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil                     3 C butter-head lettuce     2 grapefruit                                             10 oz precooked shrimp                          4 tsp chopped cilantro       1 scallion   
Avenues for healthy living and eating combined with the A to Z challenge will be a good way for me to start my blogging venture. At the end of April I could look back at my success to both challenges! Besides being comfortable blogging, I have had every intention of losing weight to improve my health. Here goes .....it's a start....
